What does “Research Use Only” (RUO) mean?
The RUO designation means our products are intended exclusively for non-clinical laboratory and in-vitro research. They are not approved for human or veterinary use, and are not for clinical, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics.
Who can buy from American Peptide Labs?
Only qualified researchers and institutions aged 21 or older. At checkout, every buyer must confirm their age and researcher status and accept our Research Use Only Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions. We may request additional information and may refuse or cancel any order.
What purity are your products?
Each listing states a purity of 99%+ for the product supplied.
Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis (CoA)?
Yes. A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for each product is available on request, and CoAs will be posted on each product page. To request one, use the contact form and include your order number. A CoA documents analytical data (such as identity and purity) for research documentation purposes only. It is not a statement that a product is suitable, safe or approved for any human or animal use.
In what form are products supplied?
Products are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials, labelled with the compound name, quantity and batch information.
How are products stored?
As general guidance for lyophilized research materials, keep products in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Researchers should follow their institution’s own handling protocols. We do not provide preparation or usage instructions.
Do you give instructions, protocols or advice on use?
No. We do not provide instructions, protocols or guidance on preparation, handling for use, or application of any product. Questions about human or animal use will not be answered and may lead to account cancellation.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States and Colombia. The buyer is responsible for confirming that importing research materials complies with the regulations of their jurisdiction. See our Shipping page for delivery times.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled at any time before they ship. To cancel, contact us through the contact form with your order number.
Purity Guarantee
Every product is guaranteed to meet its stated purity (99%+). If a product does not meet its stated purity, contact us through the contact form on this site and we will review it and make it right with a replacement or a refund.
