These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and all purchases from American Peptide Labs (“American Peptide Labs”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Research Use Only Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.
1. Research use only; no human or animal consumption
All products are sold solely for laboratory research and in-vitro use. Products are not for human or animal consumption or use of any kind, are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. You must not ingest, administer, apply or otherwise use any product in or on humans or animals, or supply any product to anyone for such use.
2. Eligibility and buyer representations
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 21 years of age;
- you are a qualified researcher, or are authorized to purchase on behalf of a research institution or organization, and are purchasing for legitimate laboratory research;
- you have read, understood and accept the Research Use Only Disclaimer;
- you will handle, store, use and dispose of products in compliance with all applicable laws and with appropriate laboratory safety practices; and
- all information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
We may request information to verify your eligibility and may refuse, hold or cancel any order, or close any account, at our sole discretion, including where we believe a product may be used for a prohibited purpose.
3. Orders and pricing
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information. Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and at checkout, and may change without notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties and customs charges. An order is accepted only when we confirm it.
4. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
5. Shipping
We ship to the United States and Colombia only. Estimated delivery is 2 to 4 business days in the United States and 1 to 7 business days in Colombia; shipping cost is calculated at checkout. See our Shipping page. You are responsible for providing an accurate address and for complying with import regulations in your jurisdiction. We are not liable for delays, losses or reshipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Cancellations and Purity Guarantee
Orders can be cancelled at any time before they ship. To cancel, contact us through the contact form with your order number.
Purity Guarantee. Every product is guaranteed to meet its stated purity (99%+). If a product does not meet its stated purity, contact us through the contact form and we will review it and make it right with a replacement or a refund.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us through the contact form with your order number and photos for review.
7. Payment disputes
Before opening a payment dispute, please contact us through the contact form so we can investigate and try to resolve the matter in good faith.
8. Product information; no warranties
Product information is provided for identification and research reference only. Except as expressly stated on the product listing (compound, quantity, form and stated purity) and in the Purity Guarantee above, products are provided “as is”, and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Peptide Labs and its owners, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss or damage arising from the purchase, handling, storage, use or misuse of any product, or from any failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless American Peptide Labs and its owners, employees and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any law.
11. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned by or licensed to American Peptide Labs. Copying, reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
12. Privacy
Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller’s place of business. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts under those laws, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
